Had an appointment to tour the location. Finally got there after figuring out where to park. Our tour person didn't acknowledge us and showed some other people around, then 15 minutes after our appointment time, she asked if we could wait a few more minutes. We continued to wait and eventually ended up leaving. No point in making an appointment time...if a walk-in shows up, then you will have to wait, and be ignored. We could not wait forever...we had meetings to get back to. Huge waste of time, and she never even followed up with me via phone or email afterwards to apologize for the wait or to give me more information. Offices may be acceptable, but horrible customer service.

Been at Level 18 months now. Great facilities, good environment, friendly team. I like the downtown location. I'd recommend Level to anyone looking for a good coworking spot or serviced office.

Great office, we rent a one-room office and the building is always clean and reception is friendly and professional. Level Office has been a blessing for our business, which we downsized last year.

I've been using space at Level office since November, the staff is great, responsive to my needs and all with a friendly smile. I Would highly recommend them.
