Had an appointment to tour the location. Finally got there after figuring out where to park. Our tour person didn't acknowledge us and showed some other people around, then 15 minutes after our appointment time, she asked if we could wait a few more minutes. We continued to wait and eventually ended up leaving. No point in making an appointment time...if a walk-in shows up, then you will have to wait, and be ignored. We could not wait forever...we had meetings to get back to. Huge waste of time, and she never even followed up with me via phone or email afterwards to apologize for the wait or to give me more information. Offices may be acceptable, but horrible customer service.

WiCowork is a warm and inviting co-working space with a friendly & engaging staff. The space has a lot of great options for sitting outside, and there is a gate at the entry, making it easy to ride your bike or scooter (without having to worry about locking them up). The space has an open floor plan but also offers a large conference room, phone booth rooms, and dedicated private offices. I highly recommend this space for freelancers or small companies looking to benefit from working alongside talented professionals from many different industries.

Went to Tech Thursday while in town. This is a well established, friendly, and affordable coworking space.
I do wish it was on the outside of Houston rather than downtown, but I had little trouble finding it.
They have a wide selection of membership options at very reasonable prices. Free parking too.
Great office options for entrepreneurs.

Such an amazing place to be! The people there are incredibly nice and I really love their weekend workshop concept. My wife and I took ceramics 1 and 2, Saturday and Sunday two weekends in a row). Very well equipped also, totally worth the drive from Cypress. We'll keep taking classes for sure :)

Great location. Great amenities. Great pricing. Great management. And with great management comes good companies that work in the same building as you.
They have co-working on a monthly basis and offices for up to 20 people. I would definitely take a tour here before considering office space somewhere else.

Last night I spoke for a Meet-up group at the Cowork Lab and was blown away by the sleek, modern style, the great lighting , complete audio, video setup with a digital projector and viewing screen, There is a small kitchenette to serve food with a full sized refridge and sink,
This space can easily hold 30 people and the seating is very new.
Next door is a learning space that can hold even more.

Fruition is the best coworking space in Houston. It is away from the crazy traffic for those approaching from the South. It is affordable. You can take walks outside to clear your head and set a vision. You can be left alone to work or siphon energy from others. Its perfect.

False Advertising!!!
Boxer Properties advertised this space as being open on Google when it appears looking through the door of the suite marked on Google as the suite address that transformation of the space into a coworking space has not even begun.
Advertised as "Open now: 8:00am-6:00pm" 720 N Post Oak Rd #300 on Google.
On the lobby sign Suite 300 says "SmartVault Corporation" as it also says on the door of Suite 300.
Was redirected to the corporate headquarters on the fifth floor and the receptionist didn't even have a clue such a space was slated to open and the space was certainly not even near completion.
Don't waste your time.

When you walk into this office you feel like coming to your extended family. Christine, Ariel and Rachel are absolutely professional and always helpful. Any time I have a request they "wow" me with their dedication to customer satisfaction. They really go above and beyond. The office looks always impeccable. The location and the view is the very best in Houston. The other tenants are very friendly and it offers a great opportunity to network as well. In my business travels I've been able to take advantage of other locations across the country. I was with the competition but this is by far the best option in service and value. Thank you!!
