The space itself is beautiful, unquestionably the best in the city. So, for that alone, Wework Varsovia gets three stars. Dealing with the incompetent staff here is a constant headache, however, so be warned. I have been waiting for a month and a half for them to correct an invoice (for my first month) that has an extra charge on it that shouldn't be there. I have solicited assistance at least 5 times (via their Wework app) on the matter and gotten no resolution. They say they'll help, that they're looking into it, then nothing changes. The one time they managed to provide me with a revised invoice, they removed the wrong charge. Their incompetence is slightly laughable, albeit pathetic. Then they send me an email asking me to pay for the next month's invoice after they can't bother fixing my first month's invoice. And my boss won't approve payment of anything until the first month's invoice is fixed. So it's my own little personal nightmare I'm still dealing with. I spoke to another American friend who works here who waited over a week for them to issue her a key to the drawer at her Designated Desk. So this laziness and lack of customer service is pervasive. Perhaps the most frustrating part is that the staff are very nice to your face, but at the end of the day they really get nothing done until you've wasted a significant amount of time and drained yourself emotionally. And for how much you pay to be here, it really should not be this way. I would expect more from an Israeli company. My friends at Wework in NYC haven't complained of any of the same frustrations there, so perhaps it's just bad management at this specific location. At the end of the day, though, Varsovia has the best space of any coworking in town. So if you're going to take the plunge into this rabbit hole of shiny wood floors and trendy and colorful wall decor, just be prepared for a battle with the absolutely incompetent staff.
