I feel like I was cheated by this business. I hosted an event for a group of local business people there, and was shown to the conference room we had arranged to pay $200 for. The fellow who welcomed us to the space pointed out that the large room we were walking through to get to the conference room was not booked for the say, and we could use that too. Super - we set up in the bigger room. The manager came in later saying she'd have to charge us more for using the bigger room. Not worth fighting about, I thought. A few days later I found that I'd been charged an additional $800, for a total of $1000 against a $200 commitment. Not the right way to do business. I called the manager and we discussed the matter. We agreed that $500 total would be fair, though frankly it seemed generous on my part. She said she'd arrange a refund. A week went by, and no refund appeared. I just called today. The manager said her boss would like to cut a check and mail it for $250, leaving the total cost at $750. Sound like a rip-off to you? Sure does to me. I would not go within a mile of this shady place again, and advise everyone to avoid it.

We rented the conference room for an executive meeting for six attendees. The Hub staff was courteous and attentive, and the room was as advertised and the wall mounted display monitor worked perfectly. The experience was very positive and I would certainly use the site again. It was about half the cost of a similar room rental at a hotel.
