SoTechie is in the lower half of the coworking spaces I have been to in New York. The really low quality website is probably a good indicator of that. The only big plus over places in the area is the internet speed, which I clocked at 37M down and 17M up using speedtest. The space doesn't have the quality that most other spaces in the area have. I found that there was a weird smell that took a while to get used to. The bathrooms were not well maintained and the kitchen area had dirty dishes in the sink. Having been to 5 other coworking spaces within a few weeks in New York, I think it is safe to say that SoTechie is one of the worse ones. That's not to say it is really bad though, just not great. Considering its proximity to other places like WeWork, Ensemble and The Productive, it is a tough sell.

Great space to get work done. It's a comfortable space and staffs are very friendly. It's also good for groups that need multiple slots in order to work together.

Very comfortable and suitable location. Easy to get to and host are very friendly. Definitely enjoy working in the space and highly recommend it to anyone.
