This place is amazing. I have never had more professional service from any place that I have received mail. The space is professional and modern. It is very clean and open. The staff is beyond wonderful. They are more than willing to work with you, whatever your business needs may be. Perfect for a small business owner, such as myself, who may or may not need a full time admin person, yet needs a beautiful office space. I could not be happier with Pacific Workplaces.
Our organization was looking for a virtual office in Reno, NV. After researching and speaking with several virtual office providers, we selected Pacific workplaces Reno. We received very efficient and professional service from the initial point of contact through the setup stage. It took less than 2 days from signing up for a virtual office to setup our organization’s live answering service, voicemail, mail forwarding, and all other administrative services. There's nothing odd about it: Private offices, with common facilities and staff, all are First Class- pretty simple. It's really just like a big law firm office, except I've got CPAs, trust officers, non-profits, financial advisors, and other attorneys as colleagues. It's really excellent. If you're lucky enough to get a space here, don't hesitate, just do it.
The staff is welcoming and professional. My clients enjoy the office atmosphere and everything is always immaculate. The location is the best part, right downtown near all the courthouses.
I couldn't be happier with Pacific Workplace's Reno Office. Bryan, the Community Manager, and his staff are a pleasure to deal with and are always quick to address any problems that may pop up. The office suites have a great mix of professional which has led a lot of cross-referrals. The modern look and feel matches perfectly with the brand we're trying to create. Overall, I think this was the best decision we made when deciding on new office space.
