Modworks is a great venue to host events there! Located in the heart of Downtown. The event space is stylish, well-organized and has a stunning view from the patio. They have a kitchen, private restrooms, speakers, microphone. And the most important they have a fantastic manager Ian Johnson who was super helpful! Thanks a lot! We hope to be back again.

I actually work from home mostly, but when I need to get out of the house, and the neighborhood, I look forward to spending my time at Modworks. It's honestly not like all the other workspaces in the area as it truly is a "refined coworking environment." It's actually pretty quite and does offer accommodations like phone booths or multiple conference rooms that you can book easily. They actually just opened up another floor and I venture up around there as well - which includes an awesome nap room for when you need that afternoon nap time! Really friendly people in the space, lots of accommodations and the staff/owner are stand up individuals. I enjoy my Modworks home away from home.

Phenomenal. This co-working space meets and exceeds all my needs. The location is excellent, the offices are stylish and modern, the office management is exceptional, and all of this comes at a great price. I really can't say enough nice things about this place.

It is a good idea to rent a space, but most people do not follows the rules. I got a refund and so the owners are accomodating. Here is my experience: too loud for my taste, people walk around with cell phones and loud conversations. I was under the impression that a quiet zone is universally maintained for everyone. For the extra money, I rented a bigger appartment and I am very happy working from home.

Awesome in every respect. Best value in Denver, amazing space. Very impressive for customers and a great environment to work in. Staff if professional, friendly, and very helpful.
