Lucerne Executive Center has been our office home for a little over a year now. Prior to our tenancy, we utilized their virtual office services. The staff is very professional and accommodating. There are multiple meeting rooms, all of which we utilize. The office is conveniently located near downtown with ample free parking. I would recommend this location to any small business professional.

I have worked at this Executive Center for two years. It's a great place to work and is conveniently located in downtown Orlando area. It's near major highways and many eateries. The center is beautifully decorated and the staff are very pleasant and professional. Would recommend to any business needing virtual services or office space.

I rent conference room spaces for my company's weekly meetings. The office space and common areas are really modern and cool, they look just like the pictures. The conference rooms are perfect because they have different sizes and options. Parking is free for you and guests, which is a rarity in downtown Orlando. The receptionist greets you and your guests on your behalf with free coffee and fruit water. The large board room and learning center have projectors I hook up with via wifi for presentations. Covers all of my needs, and as we grow I will definitely be seeking office space as well.

As a small business owner, we looked at multiple locations in the downtown Orlando area to rent office space from. We settled on Lucerne Executive Center because of parking for our clients, the atmosphere of the facilities and the professionalism of their staff. We originally started as virtual tenants utilizing their conference and phone answering services, but grew dramatically in our volume of clients and have become full time renters for the past year. Lucerne has been instrumental in our growth and continued success as a firm, by allowing us to focus on clients and not physical plant issues that go along with having a stand-alone facility.

I've been working here for a year now & I have to say it's been great! The people at the front desk are very friendly and courteous. In addition, the different detox water drinks we receive to the unlimited amounts of coffee- I have to say that is what keeps me going through out my day. Thank you Lucerne! You guys are the bomb. Oh, and not to mention amazing parking because you know in downtown that's almost impossible to find. Kudos!
