After spending the last few months as Industrious residents, our team couldn't have better things to say about the staff, common areas, and amenities. The common area is a great place to meet clients, have lunch, network with our neighbors, or grab a tasty snack. We are always able to book a conference room or hop into one of the phone booths to take calls. The staff is responsive and helpful and keeps the common areas neat and tidy. We continue to be impressed with this space and are happy to call it home!

I've really enjoyed working out of Industrious Minneapolis for over a year now. In that time, our company has gone from 8 employees to 30, and Industrious has been able to meet our ever flexing needs. We are proud to have guests meet us here for all types of meetings thanks to the well-maintained and well-designed space. The camaraderie with other companies on the floor has grown through the various events hosted by Industrious or just chatting while a bagel toasts. Finally, even as staffing has changed, each Industrious employee I've encountered consistently facilitates a hospitable and welcoming environment, with high responsiveness to simple issues (like a leaky faucet), thoughtfulness through creative social events and basic friendliness that make it nice to come into work.

Industrious is a fantastic co-working option. I've hosted my company at this location for nearly a year and love the atmosphere, the Industrious office managers, and the types of companies that reside there. There is just the right amount of privacy versus networking, the amenities are plentiful, and floor has a very cool vibe. There are other building amenities we get access to and the location on Nicollet is perfect. Highly recommended.

I've been working in an office space for 3 people at Industrious now for four months. The membership cost was very reasonable, with low risk at sign-up because you don't have to commit to 6 months. Now that we're there, we enjoy (for no extra fee) coffee every morning, bagels, snacks all day, unlimited seltzer...it's fantastic! And, everyone on staff is friendly and responsive. Industrious Minneapolis is ideal for a small team that doesn't want to commit to a long-term lease but needs a private working space.

I've been working from Industrious as a co-working member for a year and I love it. It is a great office space with a great sense of community. The Industrious Team has made it a priority to offer engaging networking opportunities, while ensuring the business amenities are above average.
