Awesome cafe, speedy internet, friendly staff, good ambience to get work done.

Very disappointed. I prearranged my arrival from Bali Indonesia (Hubud member) and was confirmed by the community manager everything was good to go for my arrival. I was traveling to Impact Hub specifically to work with one of my clients and collaborate on a project together, however upon arriving I discovered that guests (myself) from affiliate coworking spaces are not permitted access on weekends despite having confirmed my visit in advance. With the kind help from one of the members present I was able to reach one of the community managers on the phone and she made no effort to rectify the situation, which I found shocking considered, among other things I literally flew into Singapore specifically for this prearranged visit. At the end of the day my frustration and disappointment is not about the money I wasted on airfare and hotel for this trip, I can always make my money back. It's about having wasted the single most precious commodity I have, my time (and that of my client).

Great place to host event. They even hand out a free 1 day pass for those who attended an event. Seems like a good co-working place.

Had a workshop here in August and the place is very nice. They have shared workspaces, private offices, conference rooms, workshop areas, a coffee shop and what looked to be like a bar. i didn't try the food or alcohol, but the coffee wasn't bad. The people wee nice and the management was on top of things. If i lived in Singapore, i would definitely work at this place. Za, the onsite manager was especially helpful. A very valuable resource for visitors and locals alike.
