The rating is lower for me because it is not suited for my type of business- sales. But for a web or software development company I would rate it at 4. Lots of windows for inspiring lighting. Spacious feeling with glass walls.
This is an amazing startup space - lots of energy, lots of smart people around. I have not worked out of the space myself, but have visited many times for meetings.
I've worked in Assembly since it started back in 2012. Great place to work, network and meet other professionals and entrepreneurs. They host very good events like chic geek, word press hacking nights and other great workshops.
Awesome space and people.
