It's so Cool

Transitioning from a full time employee to a new business owner is a very overwhelming experience. You don't know what you don't know ; every dollar and cents, counts. And more importantly, ensuring one is rightly equipped with all the right resource to do what me and my company do best, can be a very financially taxing thing. While working from home was the more cost efficient way to start, having access to a full service office without the big price tag meant I have the ability to focus when I'm at 'work' . WOTSO's big sign along ANZAC bridge aroused my curiosity ; a phone call and 5 minutes after stepping into the office, I have already committed myself to this amazing space. It's ridiculously affordable. However, it's not as if I am working in a daggy old ex-Fox Sports office that's falling apart ; Far from it - It's a colourful space, relax, as private or as open plan as one desired. Dynamic, Google-like, personable ; These are the words I use to describe a place I am proud to call 'my office' space. I enjoy bringing clients here for meetings and it's extremely welcoming. There's a lot of development going on here- They are constantly improving and changing, for the better. I've since migrated from a 'hot desk' to a permanent space. Business is flourishing and it's cool to have a dedicated 'stable' (you will know what I mean when you do visit the Pyrmont office) to store all my stuff. At the end of the day, it's the people - The beautiful, dynamic, switch-on, attentive and yoga-mad Manager (Jessica) manages the place like clock work. The other companies here (from 1 man-band to 12 man-team Tech company) are all amazing people. We churn through bags and bags of Victoria Coffee EVERYDAY whilst the beer fridge remains untouched. Everyone is passionate and focus - When you are in an environment where each and every single person is determine to play their part to create success within their own company or organisation, it's a really cooool (have I said it' REALLY COOLL??) place to be in. And did I say it's really cheap? ps: I was not paid to leave this comment ; It surely is a dynamic space and I am keen to have more amazing, self motivated people to come check it out.
