Space Coast Business Center works with tenants and prospective tenants to match units to their needs. They are responsive and genuinely care about your business. Their motto seems to be "Anything we can do to help!" My business rented two units for four years and could have expanded at Space Coast if necessary. It was affordable and well suited to the needs of the business. The location is very good - just yards from a major thoroughfare, allowing for easy access while mitigating the expense and inconvenience of frontage on a high traffic street. There was never a safety issue or a parking issue. I totally enjoyed my time at Space Coast and would recommend these proactive landlords.
