H&F is a great coworking space full of start-ups and freelancers right on Amsterdam's Herengracht

Co-working space for Hackers and Founders, focussed on technical startups. Started out as a community and then grew into a co-working space with a very heavy focus on community. Everyone really helps each other out and that shows as the startups here have been known to out-raise startups from formal accelerators (40+m raised in the last 2 years). Also a very friendly place for freelancers. No flex-desks as the focus is getting to know each other instead of having high throughput of renters. Garden is absolutely gorgeous, and is a great space to work or take meetings when the sun shines.
